Starting from a black primer (Mr Finishing Surfacer 1500 thinned with Mr Leveling Thinner [MLT]), I sprayed the entire model with Tamiya Dark Green 2 (XF-81). I focused more on the upper surfaces, but I put a thin coat in the lower areas and underneath to give the dark shadows a green tint. For the first highlight, I used Tamiya Cockpit Green (XF-71), concentrating mainly up the upper surfaces again, albeit more focused than the first color. The final highlight was applied using Tamiya Sky (XF-21), which is a nice pale green color. This color was kept predominantly on the extreme upper surfaces: the helmet, top of the chest plate, the pauldrons, top of the boots, and so on. Not shown is the edge highlight that will be done with Reaper Bloodless Skin (9150).
That covers the basic colors of the plague marine with the rest of the details being painted by hand with various Citadel, Vallejo, and Reaper paints.
I’m going to read this. I’ll be sure to come back. thanks for sharing. and also This article gives the light in which we can observe the reality. this is very nice one and gives indepth information. thanks for this nice article... Fumigaciones
